Payment & Security

Paying at Noxus is secure. Card payments are processed through our payment provider, Peach Payments, using an embedded, encrypted checkout. Your card details are captured inside the provider's secure environment and are never stored on our servers.

1. Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. [Add any others you enable, e.g. instant EFT or Apple Pay.] All prices are charged in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

2. How your card data is protected

Card details are entered directly into Peach Payments' secure, PCI-DSS-compliant environment and are tokenised. We do not see, handle or store your full card number. Transactions are encrypted in transit (TLS).

3. 3D Secure

Payments are protected by 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard Identity Check). Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with a one-time PIN or app approval.

4. When you are charged

Your card is authorised at checkout. A binding sale forms once payment is authorised and we confirm your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, any amount charged is refunded to your original payment method.

5. Refunds

Refunds are made to the original card via Peach Payments and typically reflect within a few business days, depending on your bank. See Returns & Refunds.

6. Fraud and your responsibility

For your protection we may carry out verification checks. Please only use a card that belongs to you or that you are authorised to use. Report any suspected unauthorised use to your bank and to us at support@noxus.co.za.
