Returns & Refunds

This policy sets out your return and refund rights when buying from NOXUS PTY LTD, trading as Noxus, in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

1. Cooling-off (change of mind)

Under ECTA you may cancel your online order within 7 days of delivery without giving a reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and complete. You are responsible for the cost of returning it, and we will refund the purchase price within 30 days of cancellation.

2. Faulty, defective or incorrect items

The CPA entitles you to return goods that are defective, unsafe or not as described within 6 months of delivery for a repair, replacement or refund, at your choice. We cover the return cost in these cases.

3. How to return an item

Email support@noxus.co.za with your order number and a short description (and photos for defects). We will issue a return authorisation and arrange collection or provide return instructions.

4. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Card refunds are processed through our payment provider and typically reflect within a few business days, depending on your bank.

5. Exclusions

Certain items may be excluded or subject to conditions where permitted by law, for example software where the seal is broken, consumables, or damage caused by misuse. This does not affect your rights for genuinely defective goods.

6. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty in addition to your CPA rights. We will help facilitate valid warranty claims with the manufacturer or supplier.
