This policy explains how NOXUS PTY LTD ("we"), trading as Noxus, collects and processes your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

We collect information you give us (name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, order details) and information collected automatically (device, IP address, and cookie data). We do not store full card numbers; payments are handled by our payment provider.

2. Why we process it

To process and deliver orders, manage your account, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and — with your consent — to send marketing and measure site usage.

3. Lawful basis and consent

We process personal information where it is necessary to perform our contract with you, to comply with the law, for our legitimate interests, or based on your consent. Where we rely on consent (such as marketing or non-essential cookies), you may withdraw it at any time.

We share information only as needed with: our payment provider (to process card payments), couriers (to deliver your order), and service providers who help us run the business, all under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms. We may disclose information where required by law.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
